THE SUTTON LINK – Transport for London are consulting on proposals for a new, direct and quicker transport link between Sutton and Merton, to be called the Sutton Link
You are asked to choose between three alternative routes,
two running from Sutton town centre along Rose Hill and St Helier Avenue, then going around Morden Hall Park to Colliers Wood or South Wimbledon. There is also a choice between two transport modes, tram or bus rapid transit (BRT). Don’t worry about the first costing £425m. and the second £275m. as the consultation does not explore how it is to be funded.
Again, the deadline for responses is 6th January.
