To help get you started we have created a 30 day Green Habit Challenge download sheet. (also in word) Fill in your green pledge, state your guilty pleasure and note your motivation. In addition there are two, 30 day charts so you can tick off your progress. Don’t forget to let us know you have taken up the challenge, we would love to hear about your experiences!
Of course you may feel that printing off a download is not very green! If so, then just make a note in your diary, phone or computer.
However, changing habits is not always easy and studies show that writing your goals down and your reason for doing them along with recording your progress can help people to achieve their goals. Plus, if you stick the pledge chart to your fridge who knows how many other people in the house and guests may be motivated to sign up too!
